A house is considerated as passive when the energetic demand for heating (and cooling) isn’t higher than 15 kWh/m².
The Passive-Live system does even better and proofs that the zero energy house can be realized. All data from energy monitoring, measured temperatures, air quality, etc. are collected via the KNX home control automation system in this passive house This system monitors and integrates all techniques in the house:
- lighting,
- heating,
- rainwater pump,
- ventilation,
- water purification,
- etc.
