Niko (Belgium manufacturer of electro technical products) has developed in cooperation with Heembeton (manufacturer of precast concrete elements and shells) and Smart Elektra (installation company) a construction system that integrates cabling and sockets into precast concrete elements. These precast walls are then connected to a fuse box by the installer. The flexibility of this type of installation allows to respond to the needs of the client-builder. The flexibility can be increased by using a Niko Home Control installation (can also be integrated in precast concrete). This kind of installation is an integrated home automation system that can control all electrical functions in a house.
